The free trial and billing
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are completely free. To start them you verify your account with a payment card. After the trial the subscription continues automatically at $39.99 a month until you cancel. Full detail is on the pricing page.
When am I charged for the first time?
When the seven free days are over. Nothing is taken before that moment.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, or by emailing contact@auravibetoday.com from the address on your account. Cancelling stops every future renewal.
Do I get a refund if I cancel halfway through a month?
Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law says otherwise, a period that has already started is not refunded.
Zeni, your companion
What is Zeni?
An AI wellness companion that gives real-time guidance on stress, anxiety, rest and mindfulness, and builds a routine around how you feel today.
Is Zeni a therapist?
No. Zeni offers automated, informational support only. It is not medical or psychological advice and it is not for use in a crisis. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
How often can I write to Zeni?
As often as you like. There is no message limit on the subscription.
Practising with Aura
Do I need experience with meditation?
None. The guided sessions start gently and explain themselves as they go, and they are just as useful if you already have a practice.
How long does a session take?
Most run between four and twelve minutes. There are longer sleep journeys for the evening.
Which devices can I use?
Any device with a browser: phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Nothing to install.
Can I use Aura offline?
The sessions stream, so you need a connection. On a slow connection the audio starts at a lower quality and improves as it loads.
Your data
What happens to my mood check-ins?
They are used to build your routine and your weekly insights. How the data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Which cookies does this website set?
Only what is needed, plus analytics if you allow it. The cookie policy lists the categories and how to change your mind.
