How the free trial works
Your first 7 days on Aura are completely free. To start, you verify your account with a valid payment card. During the trial you get full access to guided meditations, sleep meditations, mindful breathing, mindfulness for anxiety, your personalized weekly routine, daily recommendations, emotional tracking and unlimited chat with Zeni.
You are not charged the recurring fee during the free trial.
What happens after the trial
After the 7-day free trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at $39.99 a month until you cancel, so your routine continues without a gap. You can cancel before or after the trial ends; Aura is commitment-free.
How billing works
Billing is handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. When your subscription renews, your card is charged the applicable amount at the start of each billing period. We do not store your full card number.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout or shown on your invoice. If a payment cannot be processed we may retry the charge or pause access until the billing is resolved.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Sign in to your Aura account.
- Open your account or subscription settings.
- Select the option to cancel your subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Prefer us to do it? Email contact@auravibetoday.com from the address on your account and we will confirm once it is done. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged the recurring fee.
Refunds
If you cancel before your free trial ends, you are not charged. Except where required by applicable law, recurring charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@auravibetoday.com and we will review it in good faith.
Updating your card
To keep your subscription active, make sure your payment details are current. You can update your card from your account settings. If you need help, write to us and we will gladly assist.
